    From a tenant standpoint:

    Loriena is completely disorganized and argumentative as a property manager. Not very great qualities for your go-to person when it comes to a rental. She seems to have difficulty keeping emotions out of the equation when dealing with business related issues.

    We rented a house from Key Property Management, and upon move-out she claimed that we caused vindictive damage to the property (which simply was not true) and she withheld the damage deposit. We needed to have an arbitrator from the Residential Tenancy Branch decide on the issue for us.

    I highly recommend AVOIDING Key Property Management, LTD if at all possible. The ensuing headache of dealing with Loriena is simply not worth it.

    With years of experience in the Residential & Commercial letting industry Key Property Management is an invaluable trustworthy service on the Sunshine Coast and is a asset to everyone who lives or works here.

    I personally used Key Property Management for over eight years & the Operator's "no nonsense" approach to business immediately appealed to me.
    Every task performed was done according to all the rules & regulations as set down by the BC law which protects all parties concerned.

    I have no hesitation in recommending Key Property Management & give it a 5 *****
    rating.
